Tips for a Better Visit
Request photos. For delivery orders, ask for arrangement pictures before dispatch; one customer used this WhatsApp check successfully.
Confirm timing. If timing matters, reconfirm the delivery window, especially on Valentine’s Day when a paid 45-minute service ran several hours late.
Use WhatsApp. Send delivery details and card wording through WhatsApp; a rushed next-day order was arranged that way.
Try walk-ins. Walk-in orders can be turned around quickly: one reviewer arrived in a rush and received a bouquet promptly.
Late visits. A late visit worked for one customer at 11pm, so evening shopping may be possible, though hours are not confirmed here.

The Bottom Line
Urban Rose is a Dubai Marina florist where you can order everyday bouquets, proposal arrangements, flower gifts and decorative setups. The reviews are strongest on the design work: customers describe fresh, vibrant flowers, elegant wrapping and arrangements that matched the photos. The shop has also produced a baby-stroller-shaped bouquet for a new baby and arranged flowers and balloons for a home welcome.
Ordering is fairly flexible. Customers have used WhatsApp to share delivery details and card messages, and one reviewer received flower pictures before the order went out. Walk-in bouquets are often prepared quickly, which helps when a birthday or surprise appears at short notice.
Reported pricing is generally viewed as reasonable, with one review citing 130dhs in total for flowers and 40-minute delivery. Delivery is the main caution. A Valentine’s Day order advertised as “Instant Delivery (45 minutes)” arrived more than five hours after it was placed, after several requests for updates.
Two other customers reported damaged, wilted or mismatched flowers and difficulty getting a replacement or complaint response. For an important occasion, confirm the delivery window, request current arrangement photos and make sure the card wording is correct before dispatch.
