Tips for a Better Visit
Ask for analysis. Ask to use the foot-type checking board or request a feet analysis before choosing a running shoe.
Check stock. Confirm your size before travelling, since one customer found only two pairs in size 9 and others reported limited sizes.
Clarify returns. Confirm the return and exchange policy before paying, especially for outlet purchases where reviews report exchange-only outcomes.
Verify delivery. For online orders, reconfirm availability and delivery timing before paying; reviews describe delays well beyond the stated timeframe.

The Bottom Line
Runner's - Outlet Mall in Arabian Ranches is worth considering if you want running shoes from brands such as HOKA, Asics, Brooks, Saucony or Altra. The useful difference is the fitting help: reviews describe feet analysis, pressure-point checks and advice based on foot shape, while another customer used the foot-type checking board before buying. There is also a broad selection of sports shoes and clothing, including Jack Wolfskin jackets and Skechers trainers.
Prices are one reason people shop here. Reviews mention outlet pricing, discounts and models that can be cheaper than Amazon or other online shops. The range can be impressive, but stock is not guaranteed: customers have reported scarce sizes, including just two pairs of size 9, and limited availability in other visits.
Service is inconsistent. Some shoppers received patient, detailed fitting help, while others waited without assistance or found staff uncooperative. Be especially careful with returns and exchanges: multiple reviews say outlet purchases were exchange-only, and a replacement size or preferred colour was not always available.
Online ordering has also drawn complaints about delayed delivery, wrong sizes and unanswered messages. Check the exact price, size, delivery timing and return terms before paying.
