Request Updates. For grooming, ask for progress photos or videos and specify haircut preferences before work begins.
Check Documents. If travelling, confirm every registration and export document has been completed before relying on the paperwork.
Discuss Grooming. If your cat is sensitive, mention it in advance and clarify that whiskers should not be trimmed.
Ask About Offers. Ask about current packages: reviews mention grooming bundles with consultation or pet-taxi inclusions.

The Bottom Line
Safe Care Veterinary Clinic is an animal hospital in Jumeirah Lake Towers that reviewers use for vaccinations, check-ups, grooming, surgery and travel paperwork. It is especially worth considering if getting to a clinic is difficult: several customers describe reliable pick-up and drop-off, including for kitten vaccinations and cat grooming. Grooming is a strong theme.
Reviews mention full grooming, lion cuts and a grooming-and-bath service, with anxious cats and unruly puppies handled patiently. One customer was sent photos and videos during a three-hour grooming session and could request haircut tweaks. The clinic also sells pet food, treats, toys and vitamins, and one review mentions boarding.
The veterinary care described ranges from first vaccines and deworming to treatment for an infected bite, skin infection and surgery. First-time pet owners often appreciated detailed explanations, while rescue owners mention testing, microchipping, registration tags and passports. Travel-related help with health certificates and export permits also received praise.
There are cautions. One reviewer disputed a claimed Dubai Municipality registration, another alleged possible ringworm contamination, and another complained that whiskers were trimmed. Confirm documents and grooming instructions clearly, and ask whether your address qualifies for any free taxi offer.
Prices are repeatedly described as reasonable, but no specific amounts were provided.
