Tips for a Better Visit
Request proof. Check the proof carefully before printing; the team can make changes and has reprinted a poster after confirming a photo issue.
Ask early. For a fixed occasion, order ahead rather than rely on urgent fulfilment, even though some customers received next-day delivery.
Try WhatsApp. Use WhatsApp if you need quick clarification or a digital file; one customer received the file within an hour.
Share details. Prepare the correct date, time, location and message before ordering so the map reflects the intended moment.
Allow revisions. If your design needs personal additions, ask about them directly; one customer added details outside the standard digital setup.

The Bottom Line
Star Maps UAE is a customized-gift shop serving Al Quoz, focused on turning meaningful dates into decorative keepsakes. You can order a star map based on a specific date, time and location, then review a proof before printing. Reviews also mention Moon Phase designs, City Maps and love story maps, making the range broader than one standard poster.
The main strength is the guided ordering process. Customers describe an easy website, quick WhatsApp replies and careful confirmation of details before production. The team has corrected an original-request mistake, checked a potentially poor-quality photo before reprinting, and accommodated additions that were not part of the normal digital setup.
Framed pieces are repeatedly praised for clear printing, attractive frames and careful presentation in boxes. Timing is worth planning around if the gift is for a birthday, anniversary or holiday. Some orders arrived the next day, within 48 hours or even the same day, but those were deadline-sensitive examples rather than a stated standard.
5 hours. Check the proof closely and confirm the delivery timing when your date matters.
