Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm repairs. If travelling for equipment repair, confirm the technician's availability directly that day; one customer made the trip from Sharjah unnecessarily.
Allow delivery time. For delivery in Al Quoz, allow extra time and follow up early rather than relying on an initial “on the way” message.
Check the match. For a vehicle colour job, show the car or a reliable sample and check the mixed colour carefully before leaving.
Plan amenities. Do not count on guest Wi-Fi or coffee during your visit; recent reviews mention both were unavailable.

The Bottom Line
UGARIT CITY PAINTS TRADING DUBAI is an Al Quoz paint shop aimed mainly at automotive work. You can have paint mixed and colour-matched, buy auto-paint and refinishing materials, or pick up polishing machines and detailing supplies. Reviews make the mixing service the clearest reason to consider it: several customers describe accurate colour matching, including a professionally mixed surfboard colour and paint suitable for different cars.
It is also a practical supply stop for garages and detailers. Customers mention a broad product range, Rupes products, polishing equipment and after-sales technical support. Staff are often described as friendly and helpful, with some reviewers returning for years and finding the store organised.
Pricing is reported as reasonable or affordable, although no specific prices are provided. There are a few reasons to verify details before setting out. One customer travelled from Sharjah for a repair only to find the technician unavailable, so confirm equipment-service appointments directly.
Delivery has also been reported as late, with slow WhatsApp replies. Experiences with staff are mixed: alongside warm service reviews, others describe rude treatment and a colour mismatch. Recent visitors should also note that guest Wi-Fi and coffee may not be available.
