Tips for a Better Visit
Check timing. If delivery timing matters, confirm the promised window directly rather than relying only on the website.
Compare rackets. For a padel racket, ask for comparisons of frame, core and face according to your playing level.
Check returns. Before buying a treadmill, clarify the return terms, since one buyer reported that returns were unavailable.
Check plates. If buying a bar-and-plates set, check that both 5kg plates match before accepting the order.
Check discounts. For a specific padel racket, ask whether the website has a discount before placing the order.

The Bottom Line
Urban Fitness Cart is an exercise equipment store in Al Garhoud where customers buy padel rackets, treadmills and larger home-gym packages. The strongest pattern in the reviews is responsive guidance: shoppers were helped to compare racket construction by playing level, while treadmill buyers received recommendations such as the Paragon X. Online ordering and branch pickup are also available.
Delivery is a major attraction when it works as promised. Customers report receiving padel rackets in around one to three hours, and one order of balls arrived the next day after the customer requested faster delivery. For bigger purchases, reviewers describe smooth delivery, installation and explanations of how the machines work.
A gym installation team was also praised for arriving with its tools and cleaning up afterwards. There are important caveats. One customer missed a same-day delivery window, while another received damaged equipment and reported a dispute over wall fixing.
A treadmill buyer also complained about cheap-feeling materials and no returns. Confirm the delivery slot, return terms, installation scope and product condition before accepting a large order. It is also worth checking website discounts and matching components in bundled weight sets.
