The Bottom Line
ZGames at Dubai Hills Mall in Dubai Hills Estate is geared towards console players, PC builders and shoppers browsing gaming gear. Reviews mention PS5 consoles and bundles, Nintendo Switch games, controllers, headsets and other accessories. The store is also a useful place to discuss a custom PC: customers describe help choosing components, assembling a high-spec machine and, in one case, having it set up at home.
The strongest pattern is knowledgeable, patient in-store assistance. One review praised staff for explaining products without sales pressure, while another described help configuring a new console account. The shop is described as spacious and well organized, and families may appreciate the selection of games and unusual items such as a working Iron Man mask.
Online support has also helped in some cases, including expediting a Christmas order that was unavailable in store. There are important checks to make before paying. Reviews report inaccurate website stock, delayed refunds, an unsealed product sold as new, alleged resealed Pokémon products and a shelf-price mismatch.
For online orders, confirm availability and refund terms; in store, inspect seals and compare the sticker with the checkout price. If buying cards or games, ask about exchange rules before opening them.
