The Good Stuff
Custom sizing
Huxberry made a custom topper for a non-standard guest bed, taking exact measurements and finishing it without a complicated process.
Fabric choice
Bespoke beds and sofas can be tailored with a wide range of fabrics, colours and textures to suit a room.
Kitchen planning
A kitchen project included detailed drawings and specifications, helping the contractor prepare the space before installation.
Storage beds
The Scotia storage bed's hydraulic mechanism was easy to lift even when loaded, with room for bedding, pillows and seasonal clothes.
Flexible sofas
The Celeste Modular Sofa can be reconfigured for hosting or family use, while its deep cushions were described as supportive.
Bedding quality
The Essence Tencel sheets were described as cool, breathable and lightweight in Dubai's heat, while staying soft after multiple washes.
Tips for a Better Visit
Test first. Spend time in the showroom trying mattresses and comparing support before choosing; one review says this helped match the mattress to sleeping needs.
Confirm delivery. Get the delivery date in writing and reconfirm it before making arrangements, because one customer said a confirmed bed date was missed.
Compare pricing. If changing a bedding set, ask for the itemised price after removing pieces and compare it with the complete online set.
Discuss options. For a sofa bed, ask about colour, fabric and comfort level for both sitting and sleeping before finalising the order.
Review drawings. For a kitchen or storage project, review detailed drawings and every dimension before installation so the room is ready for the furniture.

Common Concerns

One recent customer said a confirmed bed delivery date was missed, leaving them without the bed they had arranged around.
Sheet dispute
A customer reported receiving a fitted sheet advertised at 45–50 cm but measuring 35 cm, then shrinking further after washing.
Price discrepancy
A sheet-set customer said removing four pillowcases did not reduce the quoted AED 1,376 price, which matched the complete set online.
Exchange limits
One customer said an opened sheet set could not be exchanged, making it difficult to verify its fit before purchase.

The Bottom Line
Huxberry is a furniture store in Umm Suqeim with a strong focus on bedrooms and made-to-measure interiors. You can try mattresses in the showroom, order an Organic Latex Mattress, commission a custom bed, or plan a bespoke kitchen. Reviews also mention wardrobes, storage beds, sofas and bedding accessories.
The mattress feedback is unusually specific. Customers describe organic cotton, wool and latex models as free from a chemical or “new mattress” smell, with support that balances firmness and softness. One household found the Organic Luxury Support Mattress comfortable for two different preferences, while another liked the temperature regulation of a natural-wool Hypnos mattress.
Custom work is another draw: a non-standard topper was measured precisely, and a kitchen customer received detailed drawings and specifications before installation. Service reviews are generally positive, especially around patient design guidance, fabric selection and smooth installation. Delivery, however, is not consistently reported: several customers received orders on schedule, while a recent bed buyer said a confirmed date was missed.
Check measurements and pricing carefully for bedding too; one customer disputed a sheet’s dimensions, and another said removing pillowcases did not lower the quoted AED 1,376 price.
