Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm stock. Ask for availability and delivery timing on WhatsApp before paying; customers say the team confirms both directly.
Request wrapping. For a birthday present, ask in advance for wrapping, a card and a note; this was arranged for an overseas buyer.
Check specs. For an expensive scooter, confirm battery range, speed and after-sales terms in writing before ordering.
Ask installation. If buying a large activity toy, ask whether assembly or installation is included; reviews mention swing-set and floor installation.
Plan birthdays. For a birthday deadline, give the store the exact delivery date; customers have successfully arranged presents for a specified day.
Inspect contents. Check packaging and included parts when delivery arrives, especially for assembled or nursery products.

The Bottom Line
com is an online toy shop serving Dubai Silicon Oasis, and its strongest practical advantage is order support. You can buy everyday toys such as play sand and baby carriers, as well as larger items including quad bikes, electric scooters and outdoor swing sets. WhatsApp ordering is a recurring theme: customers describe quick replies, availability checks and help choosing alternatives when products are out of stock.
It is especially useful for birthdays and rushed gifts. Reviews describe delivery in under 24 hours, same-day arrangements and even a present delivered within three hours. Gift wrapping, a card and a personal note can also be requested, which is handy when ordering from abroad.
Larger purchases may come with assembly or installation support; one swing-set order was installed, and another toy was assembled within a few days. Product feedback is generally positive, including a durable dollhouse, a well-received quad bike for sand and off-road use, and good-quality toys. Still, check specifications carefully on higher-priced ride-ons.
One customer reported a AED 1,450 scooter with weak battery performance, lower-than-advertised speed and unusual sounds. Another received a changing mat without its connecting pieces, so inspect deliveries and clarify after-sales support before committing.
