Tips for a Better Visit
Verify paperwork. For overseas travel, independently confirm the destination’s requirements before paying for letters or appointments.
Validate parking. Use the building parking entrance and validate your ticket at the clinic to receive free parking.
Specify grooming. For a customised haircut, confirm the desired length before grooming; one customer was shown a palette and asked to complete a form.
Ask about taxi. If drop-off is inconvenient, ask about the pet taxi’s pick-up and drop-off service when booking grooming.
Request updates. If your pet is admitted, ask how updates are handled; customers report receiving daily pictures and videos or follow-up messages.

The Bottom Line
Vets For Pets Veterinary Clinic in The Greens combines veterinary appointments with grooming and practical pet-care support. Reviews mention vaccinations, dental cleaning, spay surgery, emergency and complex surgery, boarding, cat grooming, dog grooming and house calls. The strongest recurring theme is calm handling: anxious dogs, rescued cats and elderly pets were treated patiently, while several owners said procedures and treatment plans were explained clearly.
Grooming is a real draw, with reviews describing a successful lion cut, thick-coated cat grooming and a good end result for a Westie. The clinic also offers a pet taxi with pick-up and drop-off, which is useful if work makes collection difficult. For admitted pets, one owner received daily updates, photos and videos.
Customers also mention a dedicated cat ward, a clean modern setting and free parking after ticket validation. There are important caveats. Several serious complaints allege grooming injuries, including an abdominal burn and an ear injury that reportedly led to amputation.
Other reviews raise concerns about misdiagnosis, misinformation and complaint handling. If you are travelling with pets, verify import requirements independently before paying for documents. For grooming, confirm the cut length in advance and inspect your pet carefully at collection.
