Tips for a Better Visit
Mention anxiety. Tell the team if your pet is fearful or difficult to handle, since reviewers describe calm handling of anxious pets.
Request follow-up. For ongoing treatment, ask whether the clinic will check in afterwards; one allergy case received a next-day message.
Bring paperwork. If you are new to Dubai or your pet’s records are incomplete, ask about help with Dubai pet registration.
Plan urgent care. If your pet becomes unwell, contact the clinic promptly; one review says an appointment was prioritised even on a holiday.

The Bottom Line
Star Veterinary Clinic in Dubai Sports City is a practical choice for routine veterinary visits, medical consultations and grooming. Reviews mention vaccinations, allergy treatment, dental procedures and spaying or castration, so it can cover more than a quick check-up. Grooming is a notable draw too, with customers describing careful work for dogs, cats and even difficult-to-handle pets.
The clinic’s strongest pattern is patient, reassuring care. An anxious Dachshund was helped to relax, a timid dog was examined patiently, and a rabbit was handled gently during injections. Several visitors also appreciated clear explanations of findings and care instructions, which is useful when you are dealing with an older pet or a complicated allergy issue.
The clinic has also helped with Dubai pet registration. Follow-up is another concrete advantage: reviewers describe next-day messages after treatment and checks on recovering pets. The reception and nursing teams are repeatedly described as welcoming, and the clinic itself was called immaculate or clean.
Prices are described as reasonable, but the reviews give no actual figures, so ask for the cost before approving treatment. If your pet is nervous, mention it when booking and ask what can be done to keep the visit calm.
